Conditions
The quoted prices include lunch, coffee breaks, drinks, and in case of
multiple day courses dinner, too. Other hotel charges such as room charges for
overnight stay or phone charges and travel expenses are not included. All prices
include VAT.
The first course day usually starts at 9:30 am, the last day ends at 4:00 pm.
All other days (and one day courses) start at 9:00 am and end at 17:00 pm. For
an exact course schedule please refer to your course confirmation.
We ask all attendees to bring their own notebook computer (at least 1 Ghz,
512 MB RAM and 500 MB free disc space).
Discounts
- Group Discounts
For each single course event we allow for a discount of 5% for 3 course
attendees or more, and a discount of 10% for 6 attendees or more.
- Combination Discount
Attendees that book several courses get an additional discount of 10%.
In-house Courses
Courses can be conducted in-house at the premises of the booking company. In
this case, it is the hosts duty to provide an appropriate course infrastructure
such as course room, beamer, LAN, etc. and catering. For reasons of
practicability we ask for course sizes of 8 attendees or less. Im limits, we can
tailor specific courses for your requirements. Please contact us about course
fees, content, and schedule.
Cancellation
Course bookings are legally binding. Cancellation is possible until 42 days
before course begin. Cancellation thereafter and before 21 days before course
begin will attract a cancellation fee of € 50.00. Cancellation is accepted in
written form only. In case of later cancellation, the full course fee is due but
the attendee might send another person in lieue.
bdaum industrial communications might cancel a course in case of sickness of
the tutor, or if less than 3 persons have booked a course 28 days before the
course begins. In such a case, the full course fees are reimbursed, but no other
obligations may be derived.
